A Classic publication by the HarperBusiness in 1993 covered in 480 pages, delving in to the brains of worlds most successful traders. The book got sales of more than 200,000 copies in paperback and hardcover.
“Market Wizards” the first of the series of Wizard books by Jack Schwager, shows an insight of the top traders in the financial market by simply having a great interview with details about their experiences, techniques & backgrounds. It was the period just after the market crash of October 1987, and people’s mind were eager to know about the mistakes they themselves made & other successful persons during that crash didn’t. Jack Schwager provide this platform for people to know and understand by having interviews with Market Wizards. The book contains 5 sections. Each section is having interviews with Market Wizards. The largest & first section dedicated to “Futures and Currencies” as Jack Schwager himself was a commodities analyst. He provides an explanation about the futures and currency markets followed by interviews of 7 commodities traders. Second section “Mostly Stocks” focuses interviews with 4 traders of index or stock futures. Section 3 “A Little Bit of Everything” includes views shared in interview by Marke Weinstein and Quantum Fund co-founder James B. Rogers, Jr. Section 4 “The View from the Floor” focuses on interviews with 3 traders who trade in the pits. Fifth & final section “The Psychology of Trading”, featuring an interview with Dr. Van K. Tharp a psychologist.
Jack Schwager was aimed to write out the secret to success of the Market Wizards. Finally what he found was that there’s no secret to make a lot of money from market. Its only that each trader is having his own unique style of trading. Jack Schwager during his writing experience of “Market Wizards” found that each trader trades which suits his/her own personality. And in fact this is was the final secret to get your fortune rolling on success path of markets. It’s that one method of your own findings strictly followed with lots of self discipline is the way to your success. I still like this movie i never get tired of watching it!!
Um…They weren't! The game market has been drastically changed by 2 things.
First and foremost was the game Settlers of Catan. It changed the culture of board gaming and revolutionized the entire industry.
Secondly was the game Scene It. It changed the nature of mass-produced games. Many of the big Hasbro games have been reinvented because of the capabilities of a DVD player.
Get them at the snowwager. It is hard to find him awake though. However, it seems he always sleeps at the hour of 1 of the lottering winnings.
I loved this movie as a kid, put it on BluRay.

A witch practices witchcraft, a system of magic that draws power from the natural energy in everything to enforce the witch's will upon the world. A witch generally does magic with candles and invokes the elements to bend energy. A witch uses herbal remedies and aromatherapy and things like that. A wizard practices wizardry. Spells that a wizard casts are more formal and shrouded in ceremony whereas a witch feels that a full ritual is unnecessary to cast a spell. Wizardry is far more ceremonial than witchcraft, and is more concerned with High magic. Both the terms witch and wizard are gender-neutral, and there are as many male witches as there are female wizards. I don't know that much about wizardry, though. You'll have to ask a wizard more if you want to know more. The line is hard to see, but it's there.
